I wrote this about Grace when she was 3.

‘Grace dances. Like her mother, she’s danced from birth…possibly from conception. For the first three years of her life, I lived with her. She thought every home had three adults and one was called ‘Mamasu’. Grace is transparent. Spirit shines through her and when she dances, my spirit dances with her as it did with her mother. Guess I’ll be a ‘dance mom’ all my life’

Today, as a young adult, Grace teaches dance and creates dance pieces and productions. Watching her evolve in her art is a continuing joy.
