BUBBY:
Ok sweetie.

MAEGAN:
Okay, so it’s recording now.

BUBBY:
It’s recording? Ok well that’s good. Yeah, I just wanted to, I just wondered how your day went honey, your… how’d it go?

MAEGAN:
It was good. I have a bit of a, I have this red bump in my eye. It’s like infected.

BUBBY:
Oh.

MAEGAN:
Yeah…

BUBBY:
What happened?

MAEGAN:
I don’t know. It’s been like that for a week or two. I’m going to go to the eye doctor tomorrow.

BUBBY:
Oh, Jesus, you have to look after those things honey.

MAEGAN:
I know. I’m kind of worried, but it doesn’t hurt.

BUBBY:
It doesn’t hurt you?

MAEGAN:
No.

BUBBY:
No? But it’s a lump? Where? Outside and inside?

MAEGAN:
It’s in the white of my eye.

BUBBY:
Oh, oh. A lump?

MAEGAN:
Well, I don’t..

BUBBY:
A red mark or a lump honey? I don’t get it.

MAEGAN:
Mmm It’s more just like, it’s a little in between, It’s more just like veins. But there’s like a little, looks like maybe something’s in there. I don’t know.

BUBBY:
Yeah well you better look, look after that honey you know. It’s important.

MAEGAN:
Yeah, How are you? And granddad?

BUBBY:
Not bad. Nothing really too much. You know, not that much changed honey. Let me think I probably had something but it doesn’t, you know, everything doesn’t come to mind all at once, especially when you know, you’re getting older but anyways. I’ll read you something…hahah. Anyways I have a few, a couple of little things there from the coffee news that might be you know…maybe laugh a little bit…On a hotel sign, okay?

MAEGAN:
Mhmm

BUBBY:
A hotel says, our towels are so fluffy it would be, it will be hard to put them in your suitcase haha. Not too much to it I guess.

MAEGAN:
Hahah….not the best one.

BUBBY:
Ok here’s another, a baby brightens up a home since ours came the lights have been on all night ahaha.

MAEGAN:
That one’s better.

BUBBY:
I don’t know, the rest is not much there, honey. But you know, there was a story here but those are the stories that they give are true. Okay. So I thought this was kind of kind of funny to me, because it was like a woman from California recently had a big surprise. Kaylee Wilkes loves plants. She had a succulent that she carefully looked after for two years, watering it on schedule. It’s beautiful green leaves always seemed healthy. One day, Wilkes decided to transplant her pride and joy into a bigger pot. Image her shock when she discovered that the succulent was fake.

MAEGAN:
Hahahha

BUBBY:
Hahaha. It had no roots and was glued onto a piece of styrofoam that was covered with dirt. Luckily, Wilkes had a sense of humour. She posted her story which garnered lots of funny and sympathetic comments.

MAEGAN:
That’s so sad. That’s so pathetic. Hahah.

BUBBY:
Image you know…for two years she’s watering this plant and it wasn’t a plant haha. That was really funny.

MAEGAN:
Hahaha.

BUBBY:
I guess it could happen to people that don’t know too much about plants ahah.

MAEGAN:
Hahah it’s true and succulents look kind of like plasticky actually.

BUBBY:
Yeah anyways. So the other, let me see, what was I going to say…wanted to say something. I know about here, can’t quite remember what it is sweetie…Yeah and I just want to hear from you ok sweetie.

MAEGAN:
Yeah I’ll call you later this week and like yeah.

BUBBY:
Yeah give me a call honey okay?

MAEGAN:
Okay, I won’t record the next one haha.

BUBBY:
Okay hahah. Byebye.
